No cycle, no problem. You can follow the moon cycle and use the Maa blend from new moon to the full moon, the Nani blend from the full moon to new moon, and the neend blend at any time. The Behn blend can help promote a youthful glow and healthy mood at any time.
Absolutely! All blends can be a great additions to ones daily routines. The Nani blend should be limited by men (i.e., not daily consumption) but may be helpful for those needing hormonal support due to testosterone imbalance. However, we encourage everyone to speak with their healthcare provider to see if it is a good fit. We also encourage everyone to take the time to create a daily self-care ritual.
Not at all. Although we encourage enrollment in our subscription plan so that you have one less thing to think about and can feel cared for every month when you receive your comfort kit, you can purchase any of our teas in 25g and 100g pouches individually or you can purchase bundles of your favourites.
Ashwaganda is a medicinal herb that is used to support your adrenal glands and energy levels. Always consult your healthcare practitioner when consuming in therapeutic doses, especially if you are dealing with conditions like hyperthyroid. It is also in the nightshade family which some folks can be sensitive to. However, because of the small amount of ashwaganda present in our tea and also because we encourage variation between the teas, reaching high therapeutic doses is unlikely. But as always, consult your health care practitioner if you have any concerns around the consumption of these herbs and whether or not this is an appropriate product for you.
