Keto Chai
Healthy fats are essential to you health. They support your hormones, brain health, and energy levels in your body. By adding healthy fats to your daily cup of chai you can support your physical and mental health.
1. In a small saucepan, add approximately 1 serving cup of water and your chai blend of choice. Amount of tea will vary depending on preference, but we generally recommend 1tsp up to a maximum of 1tbsp.
2. Boil on high heat for several minutes, until the water has reduced by half. We boil for about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add in your choice of full fat organic grassfed cow's milk to let boil or alternative dairy mill like coconut and let sit for one minute.
4. Strain and pour into your cup
5. Add one thing from the following choices: 1/4 to 1tsp of MCT oil, 1/2 tsp of ghee, or 1/2 tsp of cacao butter. Mix and enjoy!
