Best utilized while menstruating or when in need of mental and physical comfort and rest. 

This is a phase of release, reflection, and reverence. Physical release of the toxins from the month and an emotional release of the stories that we hold in our minds. It is a time of rest and repair as we reflect on what we want to create and for reverence for our bodies that help us heal each month. Despite this intention, we are often filled with fatigue, pain, and even resentment instead. 

This blend was designed to remind women that they can give themselves permission to rest. It is meant to soothe the body, while relaxing the mind. The cacao helps to increase dopamine and serotonin to support your nervous system and mind. It contains magnesium to support the smooth muscles to decrease cramping with the help of ginger. For menopausal women this blend can be used at anytime, especially for those feeling anxious, fatigued, or just needing that permission to just ake a moment in your day to breathe and just “be”. 

We chose the name Behn, meaning “sister” in honour of our own relationship and our innate desire to connect with one another during times of much needed rest.
