Nani Blend Mini Muffins

Healthy treats that taste good and support your hormonal health!

Ingredients: 

2 pears

1 banana

2 cups almond flour 

1 cup gluten free all purpose flour 

1/2 cup coconut flour 

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Nani blend brewed tea 

3 tbsp maple syrup 

3 tbsp almond milk 

1/4tsp cardamom powder 

1/4 tsp ginger powder 

1 tbsp avocado oil 

1/2 cup white chocolate chips 

 

Instructions: 

Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or in a high speed blender until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips. Add to a greased mini muffin tin and bake at 350F degrees for 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
